Important Instructions before Material is returned

Upon completion of this RMA Form, you will be notified with an RMA number and shipping instructions. By using this RMA process/website, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Evaluation fees will be charged for Calibration and Repair services.
  • Calibration fees will be charged as identified in the RMA form. Where a Calibration fee has not been identified, it will default to an Evaluation fee and a quotation will be e-mailed to the contact(s) listed in the RMA.
  • If a product is returned for repair, a quotation will be e-mailed to the contact(s) listed in the RMA.
  • If a product is returned for repair and no problem is found, a Calibration quotation will be e-mailed to the contact(s) listed in the RMA.
  • If a product is returned for calibration and a problem is found, a quotation will be e-mailed to the contact(s) listed in the RMA.
  • Payment is required prior to any services being performed. If an agreement for Payment needs to be modified, written authorization and the revised Payment method will be required, prior to the service being performed.
  • If you do not respond to a quotation within 45 days, the product will be returned ‘as-is’.
  • Removal of any fixtures from products prior to shipment to our facility. Honeywell reserves the right to reject the receipt of your product if it contains fixtures.
  • Please include all cables and/or instruments that may be necessary for proper evaluation or calibration.
  • Payment Terms of Net 30 days are subject to Credit Department approval for new customers. All others will pay cash in advance.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process

The Honeywell Test and Measurement Return Material Authorization (RMA) process/form is intended for the return of Load, Pressure, Torque, Displacement, Accelerometers, and Instrumentation products that are in need of repair and/or calibration. You will need to obtain an RMA Number before returning any product to Honeywell Test and Measurement. Honeywell Test and Measurement is not responsible for product shipped without an RMA Number associated with it and reserves the right to reject the shipment.

Return for credit

If you need to return items for credit, please contact the Inside Sales team in Columbus, Ohio to obtain approval prior to sending product back – you will receive an RMA Number by e-mail. Return for credit authorization can be obtained by contacting us directly at:

Calibration

Used to return a Product(s) that requires calibration. This will include Per Incident & Contract services. Pricing & Lead Time will be available for standard products.

Used to return a Product(s) that requires Repair. An Evaluation Fee will be required. This is for Per Incident Services only. Evaluation Pricing & Lead Time will be available for standard products. Once a Repair is completed, the Product Calibration is included as part of the service.
