Überblick
Die SS41F6-Sensor-ICs sind vielseitige digitale Hall-Effekt-Komponenten, die über das magnetische Feld eines Dauermagneten oder Elektromagneten betrieben werden und für die Reaktion auf alternierende Nord- und Südpole ausgelegt sind. Der integrierte Regler sorgt für eine verbesserte Stabilität des Betriebs bei einer Versorgungsspannung von 4,5.V.DC bis 60.V.DC und ein interner Schaltkreis verhindert eine Beschädigung des Sensors, falls die Polarität der Versorgungsspannung versehentlich umgekehrt wird.
Der Ausgangskurzschlussschutz wird aktiviert, wenn der Ausgangslaststrom den Nennlaststrom überschreitet. Die Spannung des P-schaltenden Open-Collector-Leistungsausgangs lässt sich einfach mit einer großen Auswahl an elektronischen Schaltkreisen verbinden. Diese Produkte in einem flachen TO-92-Gehäuse mit geraden Anschlussdrähten sind in Großgebinden erhältlich.
