Meet Dr. Larry
Larry Goldstein, Ph.D. is the Chief Technology Officer of the Sensing & Control business of Honeywell International in Minneapolis, MN. Previously, he was Director of the Knowledge Systems Laboratory in the Honeywell ACS business. Research in his laboratory included work in the areas of video analytics, biometrics, cyber security, energy optimization, advanced process control, and technologies to support first responders.

Prior to joining Honeywell, Larry was Vice President of Research & Engineering at Graviton in La Jolla, CA. Earlier in his career, Larry was a technical staff member at Sandia National Laboratories, Manager of Scientific Computing at Inmos Corporation, Director of Technical Planning at United Technologies Microelectronics Center, Director of Design Automation at Sierra Semiconductor, and Vice President of Engineering at Standard Microsystems Corporation.

Larry received a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union School of Engineering and Science in New York; and M.S.E., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees from Princeton University.
